英国政府前不久公布的积分移民制度细则中提到，通过Skilled Work 路线申请在英国的工作签证，首先需要满足三项条件，即：获得政府认可的雇主提供的工作邀请，满足工作技能要求，达到工作要求的英语水平，获得基础的5分。要获得正式工作签证，需要达到7分，剩下的2分，则可以通过高出平均收入的薪酬，相关专业的博士学位或者选择紧缺职业等方式获得。
