据英媒报道，因为今年秋季推迟或放弃入学的人数过多，英国各大学开始面临招生困境和财务困境，部分院校今年秋季本应该开班的专业因人数过少不得不转为春季开课。

当然，也有部分院校考虑到学生安全、教学质量和航班政策等问题而主动提出学生可以选择延期入学，比如格拉斯哥大学。

还有一个好处就是受疫情影响，目前英国出台了很多对留学申请非常有利的政策，比如因为无法考试，语言成绩接受多元化，多邻国、托福ITp中国版，部分高校甚至接受大学六级英语成绩。

2020年的疫情，不论对于留学生，还是高校来说，都是一次史无前例的巨大挑战。

据英媒报道，因为今年秋季推迟或放弃入学的人数过多，英国各大学开始面临招生困境和财务困境，部分院校今年秋季本应该开班的专业因人数过少不得不转为春季开课。

当然，也有部分院校考虑到学生安全、教学质量和航班政策等问题而主动提出学生可以选择延期入学，比如格拉斯哥大学。
