9月28日讯 选择去英国留学的小伙伴们，还记得曾经的抵达英国后要去警察局注册吗？

就是，你们抵英后7天内需要到当地警察局注册，后来有些同学说，不按时注册也没什么关系。

然而，2016年9月23日，UKVI暗自更新了UK visas and registering with the police警察局注册相关政策。

 

 

必须在抵英7天内，或者是在拿到BRP生物信息卡后7天内到警察局注册。

如果不去注册，则会影响到之后的任何移民申请，or可能会被提前驱逐出境。

不得不说，UKVI政策更新的还真是随心所欲，那么，问题来了，哪些人需要去警察局注册？

UKVI上有规定：

那些赴英超过6个月，要在英国续签或更换签证的小伙伴们，凡是符合下列规定的，需要去警察局注册：

 

 

年满16周岁以上

申请签证长度超过6个月

不属于免除警察局注册之列的签证申请

签证页上，或者Home Office出具的letter上明确规定要去警察局注册（标有“Police Registration within 7 days of arrival” OR “Register at once with the police”）

中国公民

可以免除警察局注册的情况：

1、已被允许永居英国，或是欧洲经济区公民的家属

2、拥有短期签证的以下人员：

季节性农工

外交官的私人仆役

宗教成员、牧师、传教士

英国定居者的配偶（配偶，未婚妻/夫，非婚配偶）

有权探访定居在英国的孩子的人

Tier 4 (child)签证者的父母

得到英国政府庇护的人

 

◆ 什么时候注册？

抵英7天内，或者是在拿到BRP生物信息卡后7天内。

◆ 不注册的后果

影响到之后的任何移民申请，以及可能会被提前驱逐出境。

◆ 注册要带什么？

1、两张近期护照照片

2、贴有签证护照

3、BRP（如果你有的话）

4、Home Office允许你在英国逗留的letter

5、部分警察局需要提前填写application form （警察局官网可下载）

6、£34现金（有些地方不找零）

还有一些可带可不带的：

1、零食，毕竟注册高峰期需要排队；

2、雨伞/雨衣，英国的天气变化谁去谁知道。

◆ 要去哪里注册？

有些英国大学会在校园里面统一为学生安排警察局注册，比如University ofSheffield谢菲尔德大学（今年7月1日，谢大在ELTC英语语言教学中心为学生安排警察局注册），你只需要准备好学校要求的资料，然后坐等警察来收集就好。

但是，如果你错过了学校安排的注册时间，或是你的大学不安排警察局注册，那就需要你亲自前往警察局进行注册了。

大伦敦的孩纸注意，凡是在伦敦地区的学生都必须去Overseas Visitors Records Office注册。

9月28日讯 选择去英国留学的小伙伴们，还记得曾经的抵达英国后要去警察局注册吗？

就是，你们抵英后7天内需要到当地警察局注册，后来有些同学说，不按时注册也没什么关系。

然而，2016年9月23日，UKVI暗自更新了UK visas and registering with the police警察局注册相关政策。

 

 

必须在抵英7天内，或者是在拿到BRP生物信息卡后7天内到警察局注册。

如果不去注册，则会影响到之后的任何移民申请，or可能会被提前驱逐出境。

不得不说，UKVI政策更新的还真是随心所欲，那么，问题来了，哪些人需要去警察局注册？

UKVI上有规定：

那些赴英超过6个月，要在英国续签或更换签证的小伙伴们，凡是符合下列规定的，需要去警察局注册：

 

 

年满16周岁以上

申请签证长度超过6个月

不属于免除警察局注册之列的签证申请

签证页上，或者Home Office出具的letter上明确规定要去警察局注册（标有“Police Registration within 7 days of arrival” OR “Register at once with the police”）

中国公民

可以免除警察局注册的情况：

1、已被允许永居英国，或是欧洲经济区公民的家属

2、拥有短期签证的以下人员：

季节性农工

外交官的私人仆役

宗教成员、牧师、传教士

英国定居者的配偶（配偶，未婚妻/夫，非婚配偶）

有权探访定居在英国的孩子的人

Tier 4 (child)签证者的父母

得到英国政府庇护的人

 

◆ 什么时候注册？

抵英7天内，或者是在拿到BRP生物信息卡后7天内。

◆ 不注册的后果

影响到之后的任何移民申请，以及可能会被提前驱逐出境。

◆ 注册要带什么？

1、两张近期护照照片

2、贴有签证护照

3、BRP（如果你有的话）

4、Home Office允许你在英国逗留的letter

5、部分警察局需要提前填写application form （警察局官网可下载）

6、£34现金（有些地方不找零）

还有一些可带可不带的：

1、零食，毕竟注册高峰期需要排队；

2、雨伞/雨衣，英国的天气变化谁去谁知道。

◆ 要去哪里注册？

有些英国大学会在校园里面统一为学生安排警察局注册，比如University ofSheffield谢菲尔德大学（今年7月1日，谢大在ELTC英语语言教学中心为学生安排警察局注册），你只需要准备好学校要求的资料，然后坐等警察来收集就好。

但是，如果你错过了学校安排的注册时间，或是你的大学不安排警察局注册，那就需要你亲自前往警察局进行注册了。

大伦敦的孩纸注意，凡是在伦敦地区的学生都必须去Overseas Visitors Records Office注册。
